The first thing that you will want to look for is a personal trainer with reputable credentials, one that maintains their education with continued education courses. All personal trainers should hold a “current” accredited personal training certification and CPR/AED training. It is important to ask what certification they hold and don’t be afraid to ask for proof of certification!
