Welcome to Fit, Healthy and Fabulous, LLC. We offer Reiki Healing Sessions, Reiki Training Courses, Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coaching and Energy Fitness services located in Bergen County NJ. I created a place where you can learn to live a healthy, positive lifestyle with effective fitness routines, healthy eating habits and a happy outlook!

I am a NASM Certified Fitness and Holistic Health Coach, Meditation Coach, Usui Reiki Master Teacher Practitioner, Angelic Therapist and Energy Healing Practitioner.
