Our Energy Fitness Sessions are a combination of exercise, stretching, breath work with movement, meditation and Reiki energy work combined. This NEW program is about feeling healthy, fit and learning to breathe properly on a daily basis, which has been a lost healthy habit for too many these days. Poor breathing is a very unhealthy habit and has latent effects to the overall body and can manifest in many different types of illnesses within our bodies. You will learn to release that stuck energy that holds you down and shift your mindset.
