I call it âIntuitiveâ Wellness! What is Intuitive Wellness? It is simply listening to your body, knowing how your body feels, personal mindfulness, identifying what works and does not work for you. Following your intuition or sometimes better known as your âgut feelingâ plays a major role in reaching your health, fitness, personal and career goals.

Reiki energy sessions are a great way to rebalance, restore and energize your energy system. I will teach you grounding techniques and practices that will help you navigate everyday life, the challenges and all the ups and downs that go with it!
