Introducing Energy Fitness “Fusion” Sessions at Fit Healthy and Fabulous LLC!

What? I have no idea what you mean by this new “Energy Fitness Session” program that you offer. That is pretty much what people say when they are offered this new amazing wellness session instead of the old “personal training” style session. However, once I explain this new option and they try the first session they are hooked! My clients are feeling healthier, lighter and more balanced after their Energy Fitness Sessions.

Over the past few years I have been seeing a need for more than a “personal trainer” approach to the overall fitness programs offered in this space. People need more than an exercise program and I am offering the best of all my certifications and 20 + years experience all in one session.

Energy Fitness Sessions are NOT a standard three set with a rep count and grunting to lift heavy weights. That is still fitness and a great option for those who prefer this style of training and I have a great referral trainer for those who needs this option so please feel free to ask for their contact information.

At Fit, Healthy and Fabulous, LLC we are evolving into a new space! My Energy Fitness Sessions are a combination of exercise, stretching, breathe work with movement, meditation and Reiki energy work combined. The NEW program is about feeling healthy, fit and and learning to breathe properly on a daily basis, which has been a lost healthy habit for too many these days. Poor breathing is a very unhealthy habit and has latent effects to the overall body and can manifest in many different types of illnesses within our bodies. You will learn to release that stuck energy that holds you down and shift your mindset.

Did you know that just 20 minutes of movement per day is all you need to feel better, more flexible and energized!

We still offer food journaling as well to make sure you are eating healthy too, what you eat has a huge effect on your energy!

My clients were looking for a new way of feeling healthy and fit. A way to feel less rushed, a place to reduce stressful thoughts. They were feeling a need to remove heavy energy that they were carrying around. We ALL feel this and pick up negative energy throughout the day, it is not abnormal to experience this, it just needs to be removed and not have the ability to build up over time. Your energy will get heavy, your Chakras will get muddy and slow down and not work in your favor. These sessions teach you how to pause and reset all week long, NOT just during your session. And with continued sessions you will notice it is a way of life and infuses into your very being. It is truly a new way to live and a lifestyle change.
